Hi kids!
How is going the new year?

I've just come back from Bilbao. I went to see The Darkness live. The gig was awesome and I had a great time with my friends. Such a nice way to start 2016. Although not everything is fun, since Alan Rickman's death made me sad. I've been a Rickmanist for at least fifteen years, and I'll miss him deeply. Now back to the books and the library life.
But before, let's look back and review 2015.

Bullet; Black Bullet; Purple Bullet; White END OF THE YEAR SURVEY - 2015 EDITION  Bullet; White Bullet; Purple Bullet; Black

1. What did you do in 2015 that you'd never done before? I wrote a TFM (research paper), I got a master degree, I taught history in high school, I got my dog Orión, and I tested two board games.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? For 2015 I want to keep working in my musical and photography skills. To give my best in my master and TFM. And to write down the set of topics for my public examination once and for all. Point Right I believe I did and gave my best in my master and TFM, and I've been working in my photography and archivist stuff. Not so much in my musical skills. For 2016 I want to write down the set of topics for my public examination once and for all, and to keep exploring my photography.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth? No.

4. Did anyone close to you die? My friend and former university teacher Jesús Liz, and my grandma. Both deaths deeply sadden me.

5. What countries did you visit? No abroad journeys this year.

6. What would you like to have in 2016 that you lacked in 2015? More discipline.

7. What date from 2015 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? Trip to Asturias, Burgos' fiestas, ACNIL's pirate convention, enjoying LUL in León with friends, Tanabata, testing Puzlone and Ludi Gladiatorii... They were all fun. Also the day I had to stand up for my TFM. It was nice to remember I am capable of great things.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Working hard in my master, and at last starting to work properly in my archivist stuff.

9. What was your biggest failure? Still fighting with apathy.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? No.

11. What was the best thing you bought? My Sushi Go!, the Starfighter Ecplipse Visual Norvel and lots of make up (Naked 2 by Urban Decay and Chrisalys by Kat Von D eyeshadow palettes, Studded Kiss in A Go-Go, Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita, Sephora Lipgloss in Pretty in Pinky, and Rouge infusion in Petal by Sephora).

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration? Tom Hiddleston's.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed? I got angry about someone's creepy and desperate behavior but not appalled, nor depressed. It's more like the struggle between punish the evil myself or let it go, because people like that deserve nothing.

14. Where did most of your money go? Make up, books.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? My dog Orión.

Dog and hedgehog rough sketch by Sheharzad-Arshad

19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Sleeping. Internet.

20. How did you spend Christmas? At home with my family. We watched some films.

21. How did you spend New Years? At our new house in the mountain village, playing cards with my family.

22. Did you fall in love in 2015? No new love interests for me.

23. How many one night stands? I don't do that kind of things, kids. I'm pretty... rancid.

24. What were your favourite TV programmes? 2 Broke Girls, The Big Bang Theory, Game of Thrones, Carlos.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? No hate for me. Too old to care.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Kavinsky, Grimes.

28. What did you want and get? A tutor for my archives' examination. My anchor ring by aristocrazy.

29. What did you want and not get? An instant camera. A film scanner.

30. What was your favourite film of this year? Crimson Peak. Only Lovers Left Alive.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2015: "Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway." - Earl Nightingale

Hi kids!
Let's talk for a bit about life and stuff.

I finished my master for becoming a Secondary teacher. It went very well; the courses, the intership in my old school, and my researching paper. I got high grades and the sense of a great work.
Then, ACNIL celebrated our second themed convention. This year the topic were pirates! So I've got to paint a nice "Calico Jack". Compared to last year's Harry Potter banners, this was easy peasey. Excuse the webcam pics.

Calico Jack

The convention was hard work but it sure was worth the effort. We got to one thousand visitors! I feel very proud of my best friend Miuray who was the organizing boss. To celebrate our success we went to the Level Up León. I tried there a lot of new board games. I felt in love with the super cute Sushi Go!, and bought it.

At last, I got a tutor for my archives' examination. There's still a long way to go, but now I'm sure I can do it.

Overall, summer was nice. But my grandma got sick, a heart disease. She got worse over september, and died the 7th of October. I feel very sad and a little more alone in the world.

Hi Kids!
Sit down, and let's talk about life and art for a bit.

My family has grown. Now, we have a new family member; my dog Orión! He's the first dog I've ever had. He's a great puppy. I mean, look at him. Too cute for school
I'm still quite busy, doing too many things at once. I still have two university courses, my teaching "intership", my researching paper (about the monastery of Santa Dorotea). And to write down the set of topics for my public examination once and for all. Quite stressful. I went with my friends to Asturias, in a small trip to relax. Asturias is beautiful but three days are so little time. Whatever.

Well, let's talk about art. Sheharzad-Arshad was offering rough sketches for low prices, and I couldn't resist. I've being a fan of his art since... forever. I've always loved his strange and creepy tales, and his weird sense of humour. His artwork "Icecream eating" was hanging in my room for all my university years. So I commissioned a sketch of my pets, Orión the dog and Damita the hedgehog. Not only he was kind enough to accept my commission, but he gave it to me as a gift! I feel so grateful and happy :squee:

Hello kids,
Long time no see. I've been very busy, lately.
I finished my work at the General Archive of Simancas, and came back to Burgos, to fight with two months past due of university work. The worst is done. Although I have many things ahead, which is exciting. I'm just about to introduce myself  into teaching and researching. Wish me luck.
And now, let's get down to business with my traditional end of the year survey!

As if, as if, as if
Black me out

I don't want to feel that weak and insecure
As if you were my fucking pimp
As I was your fucking whore

All the young graves filled
Don't the best all burn out
So bright and so fast?
Full body high
I'm never coming down
Black me out
